Lemon on the Oak (Floor)
Accidents happen. Thankfully our brewer has a new vacuum (used often) or we wouldn't have a good story for this new Saison. Brewed with Briess 2-row and Rye malts, UK First Gold hops, and our assistant brewer's very own lemon basil grown in the fermentation cave, carefully harvested and dried... only to be carelessly dumped on the brewhouse floor while being weighed by our brewer. What's that rule about 5 seconds again?
