Valve Exorcise

Open a deeply buried unused valve and sometimes it lets loose unintended consequences. Can't see spinning heads underground like in the movies, but when your water turns dark it suggests things better left alone have been released. Thanks to the hard work of Town employees our water is running clear and fresh again and we dedicate this unique brown ale to them. Brewed with Briess Pilsen, Vienna, and Chocolate malts, and lightly hopped with Nugget and Saaz.

It Ain't Cake (with icing)

We brewed our favorite experimental beer that tastes like German chocolate cake and this time added some cacao nibs and peanut butter flavor. Why not? we're still eating cake and listening to 'em while we brew. Briess Pilsen, Pale Ale, Midnight Wheat, and Carapils malts. Saaz hops and coriander (with chocolate PB icing).
